Shipping policy

GC Candle Studio will process your order from the date that payment is received. Please be advised that this may take up to 3 days. All candles are made to order so please allow 3-5 business days for this to be posted after payment is received.

GC Candle Studio currently uses Sendle and you will be sent a tracking number once the package is dispatched.

Please note that some Sendle deliveries might be delayed due to Covid-19. Please allow delays due to this, as this is beyond our control.

Time frame:

  • 1 to 4 business days for Express shipping
  • 2 to 8 business days for Standard Shipping


GC Candle Studio currently has the following shipping rates;

  • Flat Rate Standard Shipping of $15 for orders up to $100, minimum order value of $10.
  • Free Standard Shipping for orders over $100.
  • Express Shipping of $20 for orders up to $100, minimum order value of $10.
  • Express Shipping of $15 for orders over $100.

 

Please ensure your address and contact information is correct when placing your order. GC Candle Studio is not liable if the product is unable to be delivered or delivered incorrectly to an incorrect listed address.

 

Please note:

Sendle can't deliver to Australia Post-owned properties (this includes post offices, PO boxes, locked bags, parcel lockers or parcel collection locations) because Australia Post restricts delivery to these locations.
